Fox and Marvel have steadily moved along with The Wolverine, starring Hugh Jackman. Before anyone groans, the second film is its own entity, away from the horrible misstep known as X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Despite the backlash against Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Harrison Ford, Steven Spielberg and Karen Allen wish to move forward with a fifth movie. At this point, it’s in George Lucas’ hands if it’ll actually happen.

The new trailer for Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is out. There’s heart behind it that I haven’t really seen since fantasy films in the 80s and late 90s. It’s a huge welcome.

Pacific Rim Gets 3D Treatment
Guillermo del Toro’s epic known as Pacific Rim is going to clearly be one hell of a visual endeavor; with huge monsters and mechs fighting it out for the future of mankind. The director is known for his visual flair with Hellboy and Pan’s Labyrinth. Despite aesthetics being one of his strong points, del Toro had no intention of incorporating 3D into Pacific Rim.
