Last week it was announced that Power Rangers will reboot on the big screen. It wasn’t much a surprise since it’s the 20th anniversary of the show. (Power Rangers is also in its special anniversary season.)
We all joked that the currently filming Batman vs. Superman movie is practically a Justice League film; Ben Affleck joined as Batman against Henry Cavill’s Superman; Gal Gadot was cast as Wonder Woman. Now the role of Cyborg was officially cast as well.
The ever-lovable Robin Williams stars in The Angriest Man in Brooklyn as a jerk who doesn’t hesitate to push people to their breaking point; as clearly shown in the trailer. He continuously demands to know how long he has to live by his doctor (Mila Kunis), who gives him a fake number (90 minutes) to desperately get him out of her office.
Tonight is the midnight showing for Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Like many others, I’ll be in line for it. The film already screened and opened in other places, and the main word is that what occurs in it will change the landscape of the Marvel Universe.
A while back we had our first look of Megan Fox as April O’Neil in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles remake. Thankfully, it showed that the ooze is what causes the Ninja Turtles – and not the earlier reports that they’re of alien origin. We also finally get a look at the turtles themselves.
