  • Whimsical Musings on Matthew Davis

mattdavishansoloSince watching The Vampire Diaries, I’ve always joked — by which I mean being serious — that Matthew Davis should play Han Solo and Indiana Jones. Just look at the guy. He has the looks for both parts, plus the dry wit and charisma too.

The new poster shows an even more distraught and battle-worn Iron Man hurtling back down to earth. Double meanings maybe? He’s physically brought down and knocked off his pedestal. Poor Tony Stark — wait, I hope they didn’t attack his bank account too.

Iron Man 3 takes over theaters May 3.

alongtimeagoWhen Disney first announced their intentions to film a new Star Wars trilogy, J.J. Abrams was honest that he didn’t plan on directing one of the new movies. He already had a lot on his plate with film and television — not to mention gearing up for the release of Star Trek into Darkness.
