‘The Day of the Doctor’ Trailer
You’d have to be constantly averting your eyes from news on the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who, but why would you do that? Well, unless there’s spoilers involved. A trailer for the special was released online over the weekend. Check. It. Out.
The Doctor Who special, The Day of the Doctor, airs November 23. I cannot wait.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Paul Rudd in the Running for Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’
Days ago, news came out on Edgar Wright’s pesky little Ant-Man movie for Marvel. Things are finally picking up, with two actors in the running for the title role: Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Paul Rudd.
Wright recently tweeted a photo that shows someone in the Ant-Man costume, proving that pre-production is underway. Of course it’s a stuntman and not one of the actors named — unless someone can identify that butt for us? (I kid.)

Harrison Ford and Director Gavin Hood on ‘Ender’s Game’ and Author
Ender’s Game is receiving the film adaptation treatment; starring Harrison Ford, Asa Butterfield, and Ben Kingsley thrown in for good measure. The movie is based on Orson Scott Card’s book, with the screenplay written by Gavin Hood, who also directs.

‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Receives Full Season
Marvel and ABC had their beloved Joss Whedon put together the television show, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., with the intent of it taking place within the same universe as the films being released in theaters. His brother and sister-in-law, Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, serves as showrunners. It of course stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson.
