Shackled Man of Steel Poster
A new poster from Man of Steel made rounds on Facebook today, and interestingly enough, it displays Superman restrained and led by guards. It’s more than likely that he turned himself in after some tragedy — unless, of course, a healthy dose of Kryptonite was involved to bring him in. Nevertheless, it doesn’t convey the usual hopeful Superman that we’re more accustomed to.Or maybe Superman was finally arrested for stalking Lois Lane in Superman Returns.
Man of Steel swoops into theaters June 14, 2013.

Blueprints for the Mechs in Pacific Rim
The latest viral video for Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim may have shown glimpses of the monsters that threaten humanity, but there were no signs of the mechs used in battle against them. Aside from the posters that has shown parts of a mech, we’ve been kept in the dark with how a mech looks in the big picture. That changed after the viral videos dropped — sorta. Two blueprints were released, detailing the mechs.

Warner Bros. released a second viral video for Guillermo del Toro’s epic, Pacific Rim. A news station is covering a monster attack on San Fransisco, and well . . . there’s more than enough glimpses of the massive scale of one of the monsters and the destruction they bring. No sign of the mechs yet, but it does show that humans aren’t taking it lying down.
Check out the video. You won’t be disappointed.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]

Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen Reprise Their Roles in X-Men: Days of Future Past
The title X-Men: Days of Future Past is looking more and more like a meta title. First, the director of the first two X-Men flicks, Bryan Singer, is back on board, and now? Singer took to Twitter to inform fans that Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen are reprising their roles as Xavier and Magneto. Don’t worry, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender are still in; there’s just some time traveling going on.

Ridley Scott Finally Gets Screenwriter for The Forever War
Director Ridley Scott always thrived in the science fiction genre. Both Alien and Blade Runner are highly regarded films; something other filmmakers strive for. Then there’s the recent Prometheus — sure, it was met with mixed reactions, but it was Scott returning to the genre he excelled at, and he still has a knack for mind-blowing visuals.
