Who knew that so long ago an unknown show starring two underwear models would go on for so many years that it’s now going on its 15th season, with a big and very loyal following — which I’m most definitely part of?

I’m still a little sad that Supernatural is coming to an end, but I am glad that it’s ending on its own terms. The finale for season 14 — wait, if you aren’t caught up, this is going into spoiler territory. The finale ended with the reveal that God actually did have a hand in all the hell the Winchesters have been going through. Much like us, the viewers, God loved watching the boys fighting monsters and having family drama. But after the whole Jack situation, the brothers refused to take the story in the direction God wanted — and God threw a temper tantrum and released everything from hell back on earth, to literally end the world and effectively end the story.

Here’s the official synopsis:

“Back to the Future” – (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, V) (HDTV) — THE BEGINNING OF THE END – Picking up here we left off last season, Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Castiel (Misha Collins) are left to defend the world after all the souls in hell have been released and are back on Earth and free to kill again. John Showalter directed the episode written by Andrew Dabb (#1502). Original airdate 10/10/2019.

Knowing that this is it, we know things are gonna get crazy and definitely be final. I’m excited for it and maybe a little scared. So here’s to the emotional abuse coming in October.
