  • Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen Reprise Their Roles in X-Men: Days of Future Past

    The title X-Men: Days of Future Past is looking more and more like a meta title. First, the director of the first two X-Men flicks, Bryan Singer, is back on board, and now? Singer took to Twitter to inform fans that Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen are reprising their roles as Xavier and Magneto. Don’t worry, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender are still in; there’s just some time traveling going on.

  • Iron Man 3‘s Relation to Marvel’s Phase Two

    Phase One of Marvel’s shared universe concluded with The Avengers, and it left people wondering if Phase Two would ramp up the cameos and inclusion of more superheroes in the upcoming films.   • Man of Steel Rumor and Speculation

    Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel is approaching completion — and after Marvel’s success with The Avengers — Snyder is being asked if his movie is the beginning of Warner Bros.’ and DC’s own shared universe towards a Justice League film. He didn’t give a clear answer, but who can blame him? There’s still a lot of groundwork for Justice League and Snyder’s focus should stay on his version of Superman.

  • Photos from Thor: The Dark World Set

    Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World is currently filming, which means photos from set are circulating online. Director Alan Taylor definitely had influence on the costumes, seeing as how both Chris Hemsworth’s new Thor costume and Chris Eccleston’s Malekith’s has an obvious Game of Thrones vibe — in case you didn’t know, Taylor directed a number of the show’s episodes.

  • The Wolverine Official Synopsis

    Fox is approaching The Wolverine with more respect than they had with their first spinoff on Logan. Instead of throwing things in the story to see what sticks, they’re taking a more personal approach.   • Fox Plans Multiple Marvel Films

    Fox and their Marvel creative consultant Mark Millar see The Wolverine as the beginning of their own version of Marvel Studios’ “Phase One”. And it doesn’t mean just the X-Men. Fox has the film rights to all the Marvel mutants and the intention is to expand past the X-Men. They went as far as comparing the upcoming film to Iron Man.

  • More Details on Iron Man 3

    Marvel’s highly anticipated Iron Man 3 is apparently packed with new elements and characters. Ben Kingsley is portraying the main antagonist the Mandarin, the Iron Patriot armor is making an appearance, and the film is influenced by the Extremis story arc. But it doesn’t end there.
