Yesterday the marketing machine at Marvel Studios released yet another Iron Man 3 poster. Again we see Tony Stark in a heavily damaged suit of armor, and various armors behind him taking flight. But this time, Pepper Potts is dramatically grasping onto Stark. Who could blame her? That’s one dashing hero.Iron Man 3 takes over theaters May 3. You know where I’ll be at midnight.

Last week the official Facebook page for Iron Man promised a new trailer, and it make good on that today. The latest trailer for Iron Man 3 has a lot more scenes that weren’t shown before, along with additional dialogue from Tony Stark and the Mandarin talking about each other. It’s
romanticforeboding. The end of the trailer shows multiple Iron Man armors in flight, putting to rest the rumors that the Extremis virus allows Stark the ability to control multiple armors at once.And speaking of multiple armors, I gotta say it’s awesome to see the Hulkbuster armor making an appearance in the trailer.

Norman Osborn in The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man had Oscorp playing a significant role in the plot, but there was no sight of Norman Osborn. All we got was some mentions and a shadowy figure that implied the man. The sequel is underway and one of the casting announcements was Dane DeHaan of Chronicle as Norman’s son, Harry Osborn. With Harry and two villains cast, it seemed unlikely that Norman Osborn would enter the picture. -

Although heavily damaged, with Tony Stark’s shoulder and hand exposed, the armor he wears is still powered on.
