Pictures from The Wolverine are surfacing online, showcasing Hugh Jackman in the role he’s best known for. And best of all? They ditched the horrible C.G. claws from X-Men Origins: Wolverine and returned to the practical claws. Why they even went with C.G. claws for a movie is a mystery beyond me — anyway!

X-Men: First Class was a huge surprise to me and many others with how well it turned out. The cast of characters felt randomly chosen and thrown together despite their actual ages in the comics. Regardless, the casting was inspired, and director Matthew Vaughn brought together a well-made comic book movie that rekindled moviegoers affection for the X-Men. So it came as a shock when it was announced that Vaughn has dropped out as the director of the sequel. -
Conan Returns to Form with Arnold Schwarzenegger
Despite there being a recent remake to Conan the Barbarian, the original is receiving a sequel with the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger returning to the role that made him big — figuratively of course — he was already a big guy. Another surprise? The film will ignore Conan the Destroyer and will serve as a direct sequel to the original movie. -
