Two TV spots for Marvel’s The Avengers are circulating online; displaying a little more of the action and more of the banter between the characters.
I must admit that I’m mostly looking forward to Tony Stark being a smartass to everyone else.

Scammers Caught on iTunes and Amazon
A group of gang members in England thought it was a smart idea to scam both iTunes and Amazon for royalties by purchasing their own music from the online stores. They achieved it by using 24 laptops and stolen credit card details.

Quote of the Day
Quote of the day:
“Well, it’s embarrassing if you have a brother with a real doctorate. [Laughs.] I called him up without thinking—I was so excited!—and said, ‘You won’t believe it! They called me out the blue. I’m going to be just like you! Dr. Kilmer.’ There was a long pause, and I immediately realized what a mistake this phone call was.”
–Val Kilmer during an interview with Vanity Fair about his eccentric play Citizen Twain.
Which, by the way, sounds like a very interesting endeavor. Kilmer researched Mark Twain for several years; and he wrote, will direct, and star in his one-man show.

Man of Steel Logo
What’s that? You’d like to see the new logo for Man of Steel? Well, here you go!I’m liking the updated design except for the unnecessary part in the middle of the “S”. It looks hastily added on for the sake of making the style look more intricate. The yellow within the shield on the other hand is a stylistic choice I really dig.
Man of Steel releases in theaters June 14, 2013.
We have a while to go.

News on The Expendables 2 Rating
A while back there were reports that Sylvester Stallone’s The Expendables 2 movie was shooting for a PG-13 rating after Chuck Norris’ insistence on the matter. It should’ve been obvious that it would cause backlash — since, you know . . . the fans of the first film are the ones they’re aiming for; who just so happen to love 80s action flicks that offer violent fight sequences.Luckily the nonsense was put to rest and the movie is back on track with an R-rating. Dolph Lundgren comfirmed it, along with offering some humorous insight:

A teaser for a teaser trailer for the movie Total Recall is making rounds online. Yes, that’s right — a teaser for a teaser. It must be the new in-thing to gather excitement for a movie.
I was at first apprehensive about a remake, because after all, the original film was such a blast. But my interest was piqued when news that the remake is based more on the novel — and the fact that Bryan Cranston is playing the antagonist with Colin Farrell as the protagonist.
Hell, Cranston as the villain is enough to put my butt in the theater.
Total Recall hits theaters August 3.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
