Warner Bros. and DC’s leap towards a crossover known as Man of Steel 2 and Batman Vs. Superman may have an unexpected title. Warner Bros. recently registered multiple website domains that have to do with the upcoming movie.

The one constant — other than the force — is R2-D2 in Star Wars. He’s the Phil Coulson of the saga. There’s also C-3PO, but let’s face it: he’s just Artoo’s blinged out accessory. What I’m trying to say is that Artoo is officially in Star Wars: Episode VII.
Apparently The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will follow in the footsteps of Marvel’s movies by dropping the number in favor of a subtitle. According to Cinepop, the movie’s Brazilian release is entitled The Amazing Spider-Man: Rise of Electro.
Director Terry Gilliam has his white whale. He’s been chasing it for 13 years now. Gilliam’s white whale, The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, is the film he will not give up on. At this point it should be renamed The Various Situations that Repeatedly Killed Don Quixote.

Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel was met with mixed fanfare. It certainly wasn’t Donner-like; Superman leaned more towards violent, caught up in a fight that left a city in ruin. But that’s something I enjoyed.
