  • ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Special: ‘The Time of the Doctor’

    thetimeofthedoctorOver the weekend — and on Monday — BBC’s 50th anniversary special of Doctor Who, The Day of the Doctor aired, and was screened in theaters. Ignoring ticket sales and U.K. ratings, the special is BBC America’s highest-rated broadcast. It’s safe to say that Doctor Who is immensely popular.

    The one constant — other than the force — is R2-D2 in Star Wars. He’s the Phil Coulson of the saga. There’s also C-3PO, but let’s face it: he’s just Artoo’s blinged out accessory. What I’m trying to say is that Artoo is officially in Star Wars: Episode VII.
