I’m a huge fan of Supernatural if it wasn’t already glaringly obvious. So naturally I follow creator Eric Kripke’s work. Which led me to The Boys at Comic-Con way back when at their first panel. I never read the comics, but it’s Kripke! I knew I was going to watch. At this point, it would be surprising if you didn’t know or haven’t seen The Boys.

A Scene from ‘The Vampire Lestat’
At this point many people who know me know that I consider Interview with the Vampire the greatest show in existence. The writing, the acting, the cinematography, the music; every little aspect is clearly and carefully thought out. I could talk for hours about everything it gets right (which is everything).

‘Spider-Noir’ Series Starring Nicolas Cage
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse brought us a version of the noir version of Spider-Man from the comics, but this time portrayed as the version of Ben Reilly instead of Peter Parker (that’s a whole other thing). And with “noir” being one word to describe the character, it already tells you exactly what to expect.

‘Alien: Earth’ Renewed for Season 2
I nerded out about Alien: Earth back in September, so I won’t get too into what I talked about already, but there is more to add. After the season concluded with a hook, it was up in the air if the show would actually get renewed for another season. Then time went on. And on. And it felt like it wouldn’t happen.

‘Peacemaker’ Season 2 Dance Opening
Sure, season 2 of Peacemaker is upon us this week, but it’s always a good time to bring up the opening of the show. Season 2 brought along with it a new theme song in “Oh Lord” by Foxy Shazam. And yes, it’s because of this that I brought up the band not too long ago.

Thoughts on ‘Alien: Earth’
People who know me know that I enjoy the Alien franchise. I’m especially partial to the first, second — and I have the audacity of really enjoying Prometheus. When news came out about a television series, my interest was piqued.
