Who knew that so long ago an unknown show starring two underwear models would go on for so many years that it’s now going on its 15th season, with a big and very loyal following — which I’m most definitely part of?

‘Terminator: Dark Fate’ at Comic-Con
Trailers have already come out for the newest Terminator film; and at the time, my only interest was Gabriel Luna playing the antagonist, since I really enjoyed his work as Robbie Reyes (Ghost Rider) on Agents of SHIELD. Then their Comic-Con panel piqued my interest. A lot. -

For the past few years, Phantogram became one of my favorite bands. It didn’t feel long ago that their album, Three was released, and just days ago, their music video for their new song, “Into Happiness” came out. Their sound is so vibrant and haunting — and I love it.

‘Star Trek: Picard’ Returns to Television
Admittedly, I wasn’t aware of another Star Trek television show in the works until Comic-Con this year. I learned that Sir Patrick Stewart — after all this time — is reprising his role as Jean-Luc Picard in the aptly titled, Star Trek: Picard. It takes place decades after Star Trek: The Next Generation.

It’s been a while since the delightfully dark comedy, Zombieland, came out. Ten years later, and the trailer for Zombieland: Double Tap, is out. And it’s quick to point out just how good the actors are. -
‘Jumanji: The Next Level’ Trailer
I won’t lie that it felt a little odd that Jumanji was getting a sequel years after the original. Then Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle came out and made me forget that I thought that. It was a fantastic sequel that wasn’t afraid of what it was. It took the premise and modernized it in a fun way, while still showing love for the original. Then a third movie was announced. -
‘Terminator 2: Judgement Day’ Out Now
Okay, maybe I’m way behind on that.If there’s one thing sorely missing from Blu-ray commercials, it’s having one of the actors in-character to convince you to buy the movie. For instance, what if the T-1000 vaguely threatened you to purchase Terminator 2: Judgement Day? I know; me too; just typing it had me reaching for my wallet.
