Disney released an official photo of Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln in — you guessed it: Lincoln. The man really does disappear in a role. And if Day-Lewis portraying Lincoln isn’t enough, the movie is directed by Steven Spielberg.
Oh, and just to throw it out there: Joseph Gordon-Levitt is also in the movie as Robert Todd Lincoln.
Lincoln is slated for release November 9.

Joss Whedon Directing The Avengers 2 and More
Marvel’s The Avengers not only ruled the summer box office but became one of the biggest movies ever. And why wouldn’t it be? It was the first time superheroes from different movies came together under one title. It didn’t hurt that the cast was full of charismatic actors who clearly had a lot of chemistry together. Then there’s writer and director Joss Whedon, who spearheaded the project.

We’re drawing closer to the release date of The Expendables 2, starring — well, you can easily see for yourself the stellar action cast from the past and present. And it really shouldn’t come as a surprise that they’d end up with their own version of The Last Supper.
The guns, alcohol, and skull are a nice touch.
Now if they only sat like that at the panel at Comic-Con.
