The last season of Doctor Who is now far enough behind us that I can safely say that Peter Capaldi is my favorite Doctor.
The trailer for the upcoming season is making rounds, and we’re seeing Capaldi’s Doctor being a lot more sure of himself and more heroic. After all, he announces that he saves people – very different from last season, where he asked if he’s a good person.
The teaser makes the new season look more fantastical – which I certainly hope for. I mean, it is Doctor Who.
Anyway! Doctor Who returns for its ninth season (not including the first stint of the show, you know … over 50 years worth) September 19 on BBC America.
I cannot wait.
