The teaser trailer for Christopher Nolan’s third and final Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises is out online. Aside from footage from prior movies and scenes that clearly won’t be used in the flick itself, there’s a badass shot of Tom Hardy as Bane and another of Batman backing away from Bane.
I’m stoked for the film, but I gotta admit: the teaser for The Dark Knight was much more exciting. Nevertheless, the additional casting of Tom Hardy as Bane and Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle/Catwoman will bring some interesting elements to the third movie.
The Dark Knight Rises comes out July 20, 2012.
Hrm! That was kind of a boring teaser. The pace was kind of odd. It lacked epicness. Still, I liked it due to being hopeful!
Yeah, the pacing is definitely off. Seems like they wanted to release something in front of Harry Potter at the last second.
