We’re approaching Marvel’s Captain America: The First Avenger starring Chris Evans — and more TV spots are surfacing.
My excitement for the film is building. July 22 cannot come soon enough.
Two pictures from Marvel Studios’ Captain America: The First Avenger are circulating on the net. One features Chris Evans in the USO version of Captain America’s costume. The other shows off Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull.
Marvel Studios recently released a promotional poster for The Avengers at the Licensing International Expo. SuperHeroHype was kind enough to snap a photo to share online.
Marvel Studios printed 100 copies of a poster of Captain America: The First Avenger for the cast and crew of the film. It’s very retro, reminiscent of director Joe Johnston’s The Rocketeer. And let us not forget that the poster showcases Captain America punching out Hitler — an image used in the comics and as propoganda when the character was first created.
Too bad only the cast and crew (and five lucky people at the Hero Complex Film Festival) get a copy — I’d love to have my own.
Captain America: The First Avenger hits theaters July 22.
A teaser for Jon Favreau’s Cowboys & Aliens released at Spike’s Guys Choice Awards. It shows off more of the action in the film — and I must express again that it looks like a blast and I cannot wait for the movie to come out.
Cowboys & Aliens releases July 29.
A great parody of Lady Gaga’s Born This Way has surfaced on YouTube by The Warp Zone. The subject? X-Men and mutants — and it’s glorious.
More movie posters are making rounds for Marvel’s Captain America: The First Avenger. The three in question show off Chris Evans as Captain America, Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull, and Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter.
