I’m a huge fan of Supernatural if it wasn’t already glaringly obvious. So naturally I follow creator Eric Kripke’s work. Which led me to The Boys at Comic-Con way back when at their first panel. I never read the comics, but it’s Kripke! I knew I was going to watch. At this point, it would be surprising if you didn’t know or haven’t seen The Boys.
It was only a matter of time before one of the boys from Supernatural would find their way onto — okay, okay, I definitely meant that pun. Jensen Ackles eventually joined the cast as Soldier Boy and nearly stole the show. And now, for the final season, both Jared Padelecki and Misha Collins have finally joined. From the trailer, the three share a scene together clearly having trouble in throuple paradise.
I know, I know — I’m making it about the boys , but can you really blame me? I’m a Supernatural fanboy through and through.
Anyway!
The actual main cast are stellar and the end of The Boys is bittersweet, but if anyone can stick the landing as the showrunner, it’s Eric Kripke. I’m beyond excited to see how the final season plays out.
