It almost felt like a miracle that we got a second Dune movie, with it not really being a massive IP property, and it being more of a passion project for the director. One of the incredible things about the films was shooting on location in a desert, and the gorgeous cinematography. Of course, the acting was really good. Okay, okay, that’s three things, but you get my point.
The trailer for Dune: Part Three is out, and it continues the sweeping shots of the desert; a loving look at the planet full of spice and giant worms.
The story follows — kidding, I know you already know. I mean — you’re here after all? There are many things to be excited about, but the biggest is Robert Pattison. He’s going to steal the show. I’m calling it.
Dune: Part Three comes out in theaters December 18, 2026.
