Elizabeth Olsen to Portray Scarlet Witch in ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’

Joss Whedon didn’t hesitate to mention that The Avengers: Age of Ultron would see the inclusion of the siblings Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. It’d be hard to see why not, since they’re well-known Avengers in the comics.

Elizabeth Olsen has joined The Avengers as Scarlet Witch. This was of course known in October from Samuel L. Jackson, but Marvel recently announced it officially. Olsen joins Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who plays Scarlet Witch’s brother, Quicksilver.

None of the other Avengers will make an — I’m kidding. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will join the likes of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s favorite superheroes to clean up after.
