Directed by Jason Winer (Modern Family) is ABC’s TV comedy pilot Don’t Trust the Bitch in Apt. 23, starring Dreama Walker as June, an honest and optimistic girl, and Krysten Ritter as the immoral roommate Chloe.
Now why did this catch my eye? James Van Der Beek (Dawson’s Creek) will not only play Chloe’s best friend, but he will be portraying an exaggerated version of himself. Yes, ladies and gentlemen: James Van Der Beek will be playing James Van Der Beek.
His funnyordie.com videos helped pave the way for his role in Don’t Trust the Bitch in Apt. 23.
The new show should be a lot of fun with Van Der Beek as one of the co-stars — oh what the hell — just make him the lead.
