It appears that any casting news on Iron Man 3 is very interesting. Joining the fray is James Badge Dale as Eric Savin.
Who the heck is Eric Savin? He’s an army colonel who unfortunately fell victim to a landmine that left him severely injured. But fortunately for him, he was rebuilt as a cyborg. Oh, there’s also the fact that he is affiliated with S.H.I.E.L.D.
It’s easy to speculate that Savin will undergo a procedure with nanotechnology, since writer-director Shane Black is taking inspiration from Warren Ellis’ Extremis story arc.
Iron Man 3 is set for release May 3, 2013.
For anyone who knows me, they know that isn’t nearly soon enough.
